The Positive HR Forum brings together HR leaders and service professionals from across Staffordshire to focus on positive HR practices every other month.
With other similar groups established creator Kaye Massey was keen to create a group that welcomed speakers from across the country to share the latest and best practices for team engagement and employee wellbeing.
The fabulous not-for-profit organisation had grown very successfully through Linkedin, Eventbrite and word-of-mouth recommendations and was regularly holding sell-out events. However, this limited the forum to how well they could showcase their success and had they nowhere that they could refer people to should they want to learn more.
The website brief was clear and simple, the forum needed somewhere to showcase speakers, list the upcoming events, explain what the forum is, and point potential speakers in the right direction to get in touch.
Crucially all of this needed to be easy to maintain and update so that they did not incur ongoing costs and the committee needed to self-manage it with limited resources.
What we created was a fresh-looking site that reflected the forum’s vision or positivity and brought the forum to life in the digital space.
