What we did…

When edtech consultant, Joe Basketts reached out to discuss creating a website, he was keen to get things moving quickly.

In subsequent conversations about the website design project, Joe mentioned that he was a self-confessed “control freak” when it came to commissioning content for the business. He related how creative projects in the past tended to stall because he and the team were never quite satisfied with how the content was shaping up; and he was yet to meet a copywriter who understood what they needed and “got” who they were.

Well, how delighted were we when Joe and the Satori Education team made only a few minor changes to the final design and the website went live smoothly and in great time?

Reflecting on their shiny new website, it’s great to see how the team’s incredible knowledge of the edtech sector is highlighted through testimonials and case studies, with clients from across the globe expressing total satisfaction with Joe’s services. On their service pages, their edtech programmes have been broken down into easy to read sections. We’ve taken pains to illustrate how each solution they offer solves a specific problem faced by their wide variety of clients, who range from individual schools to multi-academy trusts.

We look forward to supporting Joe and the team as they move forward with their new website and refined brand, especially now they’re more confident than ever in how they talk about their business online through the written word.

Why did you choose TukTuk?

What were your concerns when you were choosing a company to provide website design and development?

As with any project, our concerns were that we needed to ensure we were getting value for money. We do not seek out the cheapest quote, but we do look for a service which delivers to the quality we require at a competitive rate. It was also important for us to be able to review other similar projects done by the provider to evaluate the finished products.

What feedback have you had about your website or designs?

Our new website is absolutely fantastic and is exactly what we wanted. From start to finish the whole process has been handled efficiently and professionally. The graphic design is outstanding and conveys the high quality feel that represents our own values. Writing the content would have been a huge challenge for us without TukTuk’s help, but the process we were guided through has allowed us to really refine our messaging and we are now flowing this content into our other marketing collateral and campaigns. Everything about it is spot on!

What could have been done differently?
