As part of the changes bought about by the current pandemic, Listen to Your Team were asked to develop a survey to gather vital feedback for a business with staff working from home.
As an employee engagement specialist, business owner Kaye Massey understands the impact of the changes both from a practical & mental health perspective.
With the survey complete Kaye decided to share what she had done with other businesses so they could benefit too by creating a free ebook, a PDF download of recommended Working From Home survey questions and packages to meet different requirements/budgets.
To achieve all of this Kaye knew the website was a big part and we knew Kaye could create what she needed with some direction and guidance from ourselves.

Together we have documented the process, reviewed the best way to tell businesses about the survey without ‘selling’ to them & created a solution that can be rolled out again and again with mini employee engagement surveys.
This is all without running up a large bill on a ‘product’ that has been created to help businesses in a time of need not profiteer from them.
