After designing a few other websites for trainer TeeJay Dowe she approached up for help with bringing her medication training business Momentum People.
Their current website looked and felt very old and the content was out of date and in need of a refresh.
As well as that she wanted to make the business’ bookings more streamlined and automated – so that potential customers didn’t have to wait to see her team’s availability.
To create the website we worked with Staffordshire website copywriter Anna Woolliscroft from Market Avenue and drafted a new site map to better reflect the vast range of courses and services on offer as well as improve the customer journey.
On each of the training course pages, we created a download of the course outline as well as showed some sample slides. The information tells readers what they can expect from the course, how long it lasts and if it can be booked virtually or face to face.
The Stoke-on-Trent-based qualified pharmacist already used Calendly for her other businesses so we added all of her courses to the software and linked it with her calendars so that it displayed her live availability, allowed customers to pay at the point of booking and automatically added the booking to her calendar.
We wanted the design of the site to be really modern and clean while having a very clinical feel – to do this we used the brand blues and matched it with lots of white space.
There are lots of plans to add to the website and make it even more informative for nurses, carers and those handling medicines in their roles.
